Flashmail users,

As of April 13th, PEAK Internet has discontinued service for the free Flashmail e-mail system. This affects only the Flashmail e-mail system and all services associated with the domain, flashmail.com. New e-mail services for the flashmail.com domain have moved here.

If you have been using flashmail, wish to continue doing so, and have not made appropriate arrangements, please send an email to admin-flashmail@peakinternet.com (or call +1 541.754.7325) to do so. Previous users of the system may continue e-mail service with the flashmail.com domain and retain all mailbox storage from PEAK for $24.00/year.

After you've indicated intentions to move to the new e-mail platform at PEAK, you will be informed of the with new connection information. Please include the following information in your email:

• Flashmail email address
• Your Name (First and Last)
• Phone number

Please note that we are specifically not asking for your password or other sensitive account information. Your service provider will never ask for you to provide this information via email correspondence.

We encourage you to continue service with PEAK. The Flashmail service has been migrated to a new platform with a suite of robust features. These features improve on the Flashmail platform and offer service advantages including:

• Message Management and Search
• Advanced Address Book
• Personal and Shared Calendaring
• POP Account Aggregation

PEAK Internet is focused on offering the highest performing solutions available. The decision to discontinue the free Flashmail service came as we evaluated the current and future potential of the system and the associated utilities to maximize its potential.
